Manitoba Health Card
Q. Where do I apply for a Manitoba Health Card?
A. Manitoba Health Forms can be picked up from our Treasury Department. PLEASE NOTE: The Treasury Department does not fill out, mail or fax the forms on behalf of the individual applying for Manitoba Health. That is the responsibility of the person applying for Manitoba Health. The toll-free number for Manitoba Health is 1-800-392-1207.

Methods of Payment
Q. Can I pay my taxes using a credit card?
A. No, the only methods of payment accepted for tax or water payments are debit, cheque or cash.
You can register for payments to be withdrawn from your account monthly. For more information on this contact the respective department. Tax department at 729-2228 or Water department at 729-2262.
Parking Tickets
Q. Where can I pay parking tickets?
A. Parking Tickets may be paid at the Treasury Department in City Hall or at the Transit Information Office at 8th Street and Rosser Avenue. There is a drop box located next to the 9th Street entrance of City Hall where payments may be paid after normal business hours.
