REFUNDS: All refunds, including medical, are subject to at $15.00 administration fee. Refunds maybe pro-rated from the date of your request or from thedate of your last attendance at a program. Programswith insufficient enrollment may be cancelled and fees returned in full.

Payments are required at the time of registration and at the time of any facility booking. We will accept payment by cash, cheque, interac, Visa or MasterCard.

PROGRAM TRANSFERS: Transfers will be considered on an individual basis depending on class size and program duration. There is no charge to the customer for this transfer service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 7 days in advance or group is responsible for payment

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION: The Sportsplex collects personal information and personal health information in the course of admission, registration and related activities for the provision of its programs.

This information is collected under the authority of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and City of Brandon Policies and Procedures.
