Admission, Rental and Membership Fees Brandon's Community Sportplex is owned and operated by the City of Brandon and therefore has an annual review and approval process conducted by City Council related to all budgets, including fee schedules. Rates included in our fee structure - facility rental rates, drop in admission. Fees are in effect from September 1 - August 31. It has become even more affordable for you to come & enjoy life with us! One, six and twelve month memberships are now available for children, youth, adults, seniors and families! Your membership fee includes unlimited access to drop in sessions for swimming and skating as well as racquetball.
