Brandon's Community Sportsplex

Brandon's Community Sportsplex is located on the north hill at 30 Knowlton Drive with a great view overlooking the rest of the city. The Sportsplex is utilized by various community groups for multi-use programs and provides programs and services for all age groups for residents of the City of Brandon and west man area.

The Sportsplex was built in the mid 1970's in preparation for the 1979 Canada Winter Games. The complex contains a 50 meter competition swimming pool with a waterslide and 1m & 3m diving boards; regulation sizes ice arena, 3 racquetball courts, meeting rooms and track and field facility.
In preparation for the 1997 Canada Summer Games, many areas within the Sportsplex received upgrades, modernizing the facility including a top of the line running track.

The Sportsplex also has a concession recently under new management that provides a variety of menu choices including homemade soups & chili, sandwiches and baked goods.
